As a tenant of the flat at you agree to being held responsible for the flat, its inventory, fittings and furniture. This means that you, the tenant, will be held responsible for any damages to, or losses in the flat caused by you or by those staying with you. Unless, of course, the damages happened due to normal and acceptable use of the object.

You should agree to pay a damage deposit upfront as a security guarantee to the owner, which will be fully paid back to you at the end of your stay, given that the flat and everything in it is in the same state as when you arrived, and if nothing from the list of inventory is missing. If the prepaid deposit is not enough to cover potential repairing costs or the costs of replacing/fixing lost inventory, the remaining amount must be paid by cash at the end of the stay.If the difference is not paid on departure, the remaining amount will be charged to the credit card you used when reserving the flat.

Upon departure the flat needs to be tidy and in the case of unusual dirtiness (including dirty walls, unwashed dishes,...) you will be charged at a rate of 20 Euros per hour needed for cleaning. Checkout time is 11:00 and departures after this time will be charged 20 euros per hour unless arranged beforehand.

Smoking in the flat will incur a cleaning fee of up to 100 Euros. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

Missing sets of keys will be charged at a rate of 100 Euros per set of keys.


Parties are strictly forbidden!

Guests staying at our flats should be aware that if we receive any neighbor complaints due to noise or parties, or if the police is called due to complaints, it will result in immediate eviction of the flat, regardless of the time of day. It will also result in a loss of prepaid rent and loss of the otherwise refundable prepaid security deposit. Also, note that by booking you have already agreed to our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide to them Noise levels must be kept low every day from 21:00 (9pm) until 10:00 (10am).

We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these flats are all situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of the other inhabitants must be respected. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
